Overview

Sphere Petroleum QSC operates Blocks 1 and 5B in Guinea Bissau through its wholly-owned subsidiary Sphere Petroleum Corp. and in Mali the Company operates Blocks 8 and 10 through its 95% subsidiary Sphere Petroleum Corp.  All four Blocks are in the exploration phase.

Sphere continues to evaluate other exploration opportunities within its focus area of West and North Africa and in the Middle East and is also pursuing opportunities to acquire appropriate producing assets.
